Ric founded Advanced Tech Enterprises in 1988. Prior to A.T.E. Ric lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and worked for Johnson Controls. Later he relocated his wife and kids and took an opportunity for an I.T. company in Dallas, Texas. Managing that operation for over a year he then relocated again to head up their Tulsa, Oklahoma Branch. Ric has always had the desire to go out on his own and that is the reason for founding A.T.E.
